Supper friendly personnel is from the door man to the manager. It has favourable and unbeatable location and free parking, and it's short walk to both public areas and guest rooms.

We had excellent breakfasts with different delicious varieties and meat, as example. The room was perfect and spotless with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. This location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, very close to Qaron lake and all public areas as advertised and the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and offered a free room upgrade. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The swimming pool and our room were clean. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were polite and helpful.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the lake in Fayoum. The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms had a great view of the lake, which added to the overall experience. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious and fresh, especially the bread.

The lake view from my room was stunning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The ancient architecture of the hotel was fascinating. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the attentive service. Despite a small issue with the towels, overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
